Sheer Vintage ships worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when you enter your address.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping based on destination and item size. Shipping fees are a contribution toward shipping, packaging, and handling costs and may not reflect the exact carrier rate paid.
Carrier Selection
Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion based on destination, parcel size, item value, and service reliability. All orders ship with full tracking provided.

Where possible, we aim to reuse and recycle packaging materials to reduce waste. All packaging is carefully selected to ensure your item is protected in transit while minimizing environmental impact.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
When and How Duties Are Paid
If duties apply, the shipping carrier will contact the recipient prior to delivery with instructions to pay securely online using the provided tracking number. Once payment is completed, the shipment will continue to delivery.
Refused Shipments & Unpaid Duties
If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, brokerage fees, and any additional charges incurred. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sheer Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sheer Vintage is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Oversized & Special-Handling Items
Oversized items such as gowns or structured garments may require special packaging or handling. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on destination, this will be shown at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is with the carrier Sheer Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact us promptly and we will do what we can where possible to resolve the issue.
Returns & Final Sale
Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to resolve it.
